Inventory cover risk without false certainty

How Koryno approaches days-of-cover and reorder candidates when velocity is real but history is short, and why incomplete data stays labeled as incomplete.

Inventory cover is one of the few metrics operators check before coffee. Days of cover, velocity, and which SKU will stock out first are useful only when the calculation admits its limits.

A common failure mode looks like this: a new SKU sells hard for nine days, a spreadsheet extrapolates cover into the next month, and someone reorders as if the trend were stable. Another failure mode is the opposite: cover looks fine until refunds, size mix, or a soft week finally show up in the numbers.

Koryno’s catalog surface keeps cover, velocity, and capital risk on one page. Reorder candidates are ranked by risk, not by decorative urgency. When sales history is too short for a firm claim, the insight is labeled Datos insuficientes instead of inventing a confident reorder. When the signal is strong and coverage is complete, Confirmado is the label that earns action.

The same honesty applies to ROAS and refunds. Incomplete ranges stay incomplete. Partial coverage is not averaged into a fake net. Operators already know how to decide under uncertainty. The tool should not erase that uncertainty for the sake of a cleaner chart.

If this is the pain you feel jumping between Shopify admin, ads, and spreadsheets, that is the stage Koryno is built for. Not day-one store vanity metrics. Real operational noise, with one next step and a confidence label attached.
